Dr. Daniel Allen, DO, CMD, is a physician serving the Meridian, Boise, and Nampa areas, with the ability to travel anywhere from Mountain Home, Idaho, to Ontario, Oregon, to ensure his patients get the best care, wherever they live. He and his team focus on providing primary care services for patients in long-term or post-acute health care circumstances.
